I usually spend a lot of time in nature, but recently I do so even more consciously. For example do I look out for wild animals more and wonder what they have to teach me. I do hug trees. If you never did that, you have to try it. You might not feel a connection to all trees, but there’s usually the one or other tree that seems to wait for you, just like certain people do. You also have to try walking barefoot, if you normally don’t do this. It grounds you just as you need grounding for electric devices. In our hectic overstimulated world we need this more than ever. But overall, enjoy spring! – And don’t forget, Friday is Earth Day!
